Framedrop is an AI tool that makes creating short-form videos from your content. It automatically picks out the best moments from your talking videos and supported games, turning them into ready-to-share clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels. You simply select the video you want to create clips from and paste URL of (or upload) the video to generate clips after creating an account.
Just import your video by pasting the URL from YouTube or Twitch, or upload it directly from your device. Framedrop will automatically detect the highlights, create clips, and label them for you. From there, you can easily trim the clips and add AI-generated subtitles with just a few clicks.

When you sign up for free with Framedrop, you can process up to 60 minutes of talking content and 240 minutes of gaming content every month.
After you create an account, go into your Workspace. There you will see that you can either insert a URL or upload a file. After you click insert a URL, just copy paste the video you want to have edits of!
We support various conversational content such as podcasts, interviews, debates, vlogs, and stand-up comedy, as well as funny moments and gameplay from supported games. You can import content using YouTube or Twitch URLs.
After creating an account, go to your Workspace. The workspace looks like this, you will not see any videos here if you haven’t uploaded any.
There, you can either paste a URL or upload a file. To upload a video from your computer, simply click "Upload a File" and select the video you want to edit!

Yes, you can move the subtitles! Once Framedrop has finished finding clips, you can select the video you want to edit. Click “Edit & export” to edit your video. Here you will be able to trim the video.
After trimming you can move on to “Subtitles”, there you'll have the option to reposition the subtitles once Framedrop is done with generating your subtitles.
The number of clips Framedrop generates really depends on how many standout moments it can pick up from your content, your video duration, and how well the content is supported. The more highlights it detects, the more clips you'll have.
After Framedrop is done finding your videos, select the clips you want to edit. Then click “Edit & export” on the upper right corner to edit!

It depends on the length of your videos and how many clips Framedrop will detect. It generally takes a couple of minutes.
Framedrop specializes in identifying highlights for talking and selected gaming content. If you’re using content from a game or category that isn’t supported, Framedrop may not find any clips. Currently, the supported games include:
- Apex Legends
- Call of Duty: Warzone
- Fortnite
- League of Legends
- Rocket League
- VALORANT
It’s also important to select the correct algorithm when uploading your videos. For example, if you choose “Gaming” instead of “Talking” for a podcast video, Framedrop won’t be able to detect highlights properly.

If the video you have chosen is a private video or the video you’ve chosen is already a short video, the URL may be invalid.

Yes, however only Twitch and YouTube livetream URLs are supported!
Yes, it resets every month. With the free plan, you can process up to 60 minutes of talking content and 240 minutes of gaming content every month. As you use, Framedrop will tell you how much minutes you have left. The same goes for the paid plans, every month your minutes will be reset.

We have both monthly and yearly plans! With the yearly plan, you can get 2 months for free! Starting from $12.50 per month!
The Starter plan is priced at $15 per month if you pay monthly, or $12.50 per month if you choose the yearly plan.
The Pro plan offers several tiers:
- The lowest tier is $29.00 per month with a monthly subscription, or $24.17 per month with a yearly subscription.

We do not have a plan that provides unlimited hours however you can choose Tier 10 of the Pro Plan to have 6000 talking minutes and 24000 gaming minutes per month! If you are a business and you’re looking for a custom plan, please reach out to us at: support@framedrop.co
Yes, you can cancel your subscription without any additional costs. However, the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again.
To cancel your plan, go to Settings and then Usage & Billing. Find your plan, click on Manage Subscription, and then select Cancel Plan. That’s all you need to do!

Due to our Refund Policy, we do not issue refunds however refunds are given under specific circumstances such as:
- No usage (i.e: never imported a video to Framedrop)
- Billing errors
You can request a refund by email support@framedrop.co with the title “Refund Request” followed by your plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
Once a refund is accepted and processed it can take 5-10 business days to receive the money back on the original payment method.
